From Mark Kaiser email:
Friends, the Iranians fighting for their freedom are getting grass roots support from common people all over the world, compassionate that the Iranian power-system that is oppressing them - even to the point where a simple vote is not really counted and students are randomly arrested and killed. But they are not getting support from the governments of the world.
The Iranian councils and clerics that run the govt are utterly opposed to a new -- and fair -- election. Even though they themselves publicly admitted 2 days ago "this election has seen the least corruption and fraud of any of our elections". So they just admitted what the public knows, they cannot ever afford to let the people have what they want, for that will end their power train. Elections are still a sham, only the appearance of an election is permitted to pacify the gullible, and those that believe the state's propaganda.
All the more reason, wouldn't you say, for anyone valuing freedom (in any nation) to support the people on the street in Iran today to CHANGE their government?
The traditional media will not support them - revealing who really pulls the media's strings.
And as today's news reveals, other governments will not support them. I suggest that this is because other governments fear that is change succeeds over there, it might spark real change in their own countries.
Don't expect one evil regime to condemn another. The system of governments linking arms to actually condemn and resist the change of the will of the people is sad, but revealing news:
• Hamas and Hazbollah are joining forces with Iran's security for an Evil agenda, starting with crushing the protestors.
• Iranian state TV & Radio went berserk today, saying are Moosavi's supporters are all criminals & they will stop us at any cost
• Today Great Britain and The USA, first hesitant to say anything, now condemn the protests. Terrible news. We cannot allow this to go unchallenged. Make your voice heard.
The Moral Of The Story as of this morning:
• The old regime is threatened enough to reveal that it hates freedom and change and will kill kids to save itself.
• The governments of the world are too passive and thus it is the people of the world that must rise up with support and compassion for the freedoms at stake for the Iranian citizen. We must unite to show support of the courageous freedom-lovers in Iran who are putting their lives on the line for a better future.
SUMMARY:
1. The Iranian regime failed to pacify the people with sham elections.
2. They refuse to hold a new, fair, election
3. They are using all the force at their command to crush protests
4. Fear and Dictatorial Control are their weapons
5. Regimes that hold control, fear change & fear freedom
6. The regime has sought the support of other evil regimes (Hammas, etc.)
7. Make Your Voice Heard. Support Freedom.
8. Their freedom is your freedom.
Free Speech is Your Friend, defend her.
Due Process Of Law is Your Friend, defend it and resist a police state in any form.
Not supporting the Iranian people, is letting the bully win, and weakening your own freedoms as a result.
Have LOVE. Have COMPASSION.
Support JUSTICE. Defend FREEDOM.
God Bless Ua All

Bonus Section For More Details:
These specific facts reveal a larger pattern of how those in power control those who are beneath them:
1. PACIFY THE PEOPLE WITH SURFACE RHETORIC OF CHANGE
My friends, learn that governments are about keeping the status quo. Why? Because THEY are in power and they do not want that to change. They will therefore attempt to pacify the public with MEANINGLESS surface changes so that the real change - their power/money/banking insiders club - does NOT change.
Sure, politicians all over speak of change (what the people all over want), and (now speaking of the USA) even get elected based on change-laden platforms. However what changes? In the last century in the USA, no matter what politician is elected from any political party these fundamentals remain the same: taxes are raised, the debt of both government and public increases, freedoms are eroded and government becomes massively larger.
So what has changed? The answer is the surface has changed. The facade has changed. The faces in front of the microphones have changed. And the rhetoric changes to what is relevant and popular. But that is all that changes. A house went from stucco to bricks on the outside, but it is the same house. No matter what color the coat of paint is, the very structure of government is built to serve ITSELF and to preserve the will (not of the people, but) of ITSELF.
But the underlying policies and momentum direction of an obese government, bulled and bought by special interest groups never changes.
"Change" is a pacifier in the mouths of the politically infantile. The current mess of the Iranian election is simply the clearest example of this driven to the surface.
2. CONTROL THE PEOPLE WITH FEAR
If a corrupt government cannot make you PASSIVE, it will make you AFRAID.
In sad news this morning, the Iranian government has become so threatened by the possibility that REAL change might occur, they have gone berserk with all their control-oppressive measures:
• denying access to internet
• cutting off social media, such as Twitter
• denying citizens access to communicating with each other, shutting off cell phone service
• arresting, beating, killing, agent provocateur-ing all opposition -- even to the point of government agents hiding inside of
A government that fears communication and fears information must have something to HIDE. But the public is not pacified.
Is there an agenda for change? Yes, but it is not the one you voted for. What is changing is the pervasiveness of government control, trying to SELL you on being passive and compliant and accept their medicine as good for you.
1. Evil regimes see nothing as evil except those opposed to them
2. Don't expect one evil regime to condemn another
3. THE PATTERN IS UNIVERSAL - "Them" is also "You"
What is going on in Iran today is COMPLETELY relevant to the USA because power is power and money is money - everywhere. A basic psychology course will tell you that anyone can act nice, until they feel threatened. Under pressure, stress and threats, a person will reveal their patterns of manipulation and domination as they react from fear instead of love. Regimes are the same way.
Note these same patterns of pacification, fear and increasing oppression, all the way to downright evil deception. For all those who love power and themselves instead of using the government to humbly SERVE the good of the people are a threat to liberty and justice.
Iran is today's tip of the spear, showing how control operates, how nations align to resist free spread of information and refuse to adequately condemn the regime's atrocities. But this is any regime, when pressed to authentically change to the will of the people.
