This illegal "separation of church and state" is not being attacked by the ACLU or People for the Unamerican Way but have been conducted illegally in a number of states most recently.

From where I see it, if a Christian pastor speaks about supporting a personal candidate, the I.R.S. say they lose their exemption. One pastor was told not to preach against abortion or lose his 25 year old exemption.
But, Mosques blantantly break this law and no one sees anything wrong with it.
