Obama Seizes the latest economic bust to blame Bush and McCain

Senator Barack Obama has delivered at least four major speeches on the U.S. economy in the course of his presidential candidacy. Yet even his advisers concede that voters might not have noticed until he spoke here, as turmoil rippled through the American markets.

"Let's be clear," Obama said Tuesday. "What we've seen the last few days is nothing less than the final verdict on an economic philosophy that has completely failed." In the closing weeks of the presidential race, Obama is urgently working to seize the economic issue, pointing to the collapse of Wall Street firms to illustrate a need for greater U.S. regulation and stronger oversight of the financial sector.

What no one is talking about is that the financial dismiss of our economic situation started the day DEMON-CRATS took control of the house and senate.

No one seems to be talking about the failure of Fannie Mae and Fannie Mac
that on the board that got out of this world dividends, sat Mr. Obama his highness. He got the number 2 highest share of the outgoing funds that left the agencies insolvent.

I stand amazed that the press, and the blog world will go nuts trying to tear asunder Sarah Palin but for 20 months never once held Obama to the same scrutiny.

From where I sit, it seems Obama is the last person we should be listening to about financial policies. All he knows how to do is spend tax-payer's money.
